Using some prints from yesterday I wasn't totally happy with, I cut out the bits I liked and rearranged them to make a patterned coordinate for the snail.

So, I finally got to print my design from day 84. To say I was very excited is a total understatement.

I added in a wallpaper type design in the background (I wanted it to look like origami paper) and am really pleased with the results. It's quite tricky to line up all the different colours and the ink couldn't dry quick enough between each colour for me but I had my hairdryer to speed up the process!

The pale blue was printed first, then the pale pink, dark pink and finally the orange. I like that the blue pattern shows through the orange ink.
